1/144 Schmalspur Sets - Neuheiten und Gesamtübersicht

In den letzten Tagen habe ich meine neuen Sets für Schmalspur-Eisenbahnen fertig angemalt und auch alle nochmals geprüft. Alle Sets können jetzt via Shapeways bestellt werden. Gleichzeitig habe ich ein vor langer Zeit angefangenes Diorama wieder herausgeholt und endlich fertig gestellt. Somit kann ich jetzt auch die Modelle schön in Szene setzen. Das Diorama werde ich auf meiner Seite für Dioramen (Link einfügen) vorstellen und auch ein paar Fotos mit verschiedenen Modellen, zeigen. Ausserdem füge ich Fotos der angemalten Modelle auf der Shapeways Seite ein. Nachfolgend eine Liste aller meiner Schmalspur Modelle in 1/144. Wie immer, andere Masstäbe auf Wunsch, einfach schreiben.

1/144 narrow gauge sets - new items and overview

In the last few days I have finished painting my new sets for narrow gauge railroads and also checked them all again. All sets can now be ordered via Shapeways. At the same time, I took out a diorama I started a long time ago and finally finished it. This means I can now show off the models nicely. I will present the diorama on my page for dioramas (insert link) and also show a few photos with different models. I will also add photos of the painted models to the Shapeways page. 06/52 850 Modelle und ein neuer Flaksuchscheinwerfer

850 Modelle und ein neues altes Modell

Seit heute habe ich 850 Modelle in meinem Shop. Bin selbst erstaunt, es werden immer mehr. Gleichzeitig ist die Pflege mittlerweile ein nicht zu unterschätzender Punkt. Letzte Woche bestellte ein Kunde ein ganz altes Modell, den 150 cm Suchscheinwerfer. Das Modell ist sehr alt, ganz vom Anfang. Wenn ich heute die Zeichnung sehe, laufe ich weg. Und dann passiert es! Plötzlich reklamiert Shapeways eine Stelle am Modell als zu dünn, sie könnten es nicht drucken. Diskutieren ist leider zwecklos, auch wenn das Modell schon 20 x problemlos gedruckt wurde. Also stand ich vor der Entscheidung, was ich machen soll. Letztlich habe ich mich entschlossen, das Modell komplett neu zu zeichnen. Dabei habe ich alte Fehler korrigiert, Details ergänzt und einige Punkte neu hinzugefügt. Dabei fiel mir auf, wie oft der Suchscheinwerfer geändert wurde. Die Radabdeckungen wurden geändert, der Scheinwerfer hatte (am Anfang?) rechts und links zwei dicke Rohre als Halterung, später wurden diese durch ein geschlossenes Profil geändert. Die Drehscheibe war mal gelocht, mal mit größeren Aussparungen. Jetzt ist das Modell wieder okay und ich warte auf das nächste Modell, welches überarbeitet werden muss.

850 models and a new old model

As of today I have 850 models in my store. I'm amazed at myself, there are more and more. At the same time, maintenance is now a point that should not be underestimated. Last week a customer ordered a very old model, the 150 cm searchlight. The model is very old, from the very beginning. When I see the drawing today, I run away. And then it happens! Suddenly Shapeways complains that a part of the model is too thin and they can't print it. Unfortunately, there's no point in arguing, even if the model has already been printed 20 times without any problems. So I was faced with the decision of what to do. In the end, I decided to completely redraw the model. I corrected old mistakes, added details and added some new points. I noticed how often the searchlight was changed. The wheel covers were changed, the headlight had (at the beginning?) two thick tubes on the right and left as a holder, later these were changed to a closed profile. The turntable was sometimes perforated, sometimes with larger recesses. Now the model is okay again and I'm waiting for the next model, which has to be reworked.
