neue Modelle 2021 spring release 2021 04/52

1. Henschel 36 W3

News Spring 2021

Today I give you a small forcast of what will be published in the next few weeks. The print order is already running and I hope, mid of February everything should be printed. Then I can also present more novelties. Today there is something big and something rather small to show.

1. Henschel 36W3

The Henschel was created due to a wish of my friend Matthias. Unfortunately he had to wait quite a long time for the model, because I had a lot of problems with the engine hood and the transition to the driver's cab. The Henschel was a heavy truck, which often ran in the Wehrmacht in the supply units. This version of the Henschel did not exist in 1/144 yet, only its smaller brother does. Since there were no drawings for the 36W3, I had to use photos and the available technical data to make the model.

1. Phänomen Granit 1500

The Phänomen Granit is perhaps not so well known, but this was a small truck built in large numbers. Mostly it was used with a box body as an ambulance. There were also some versions with a flatbed. In the course of the war it was adapted again and again. In order to save material, the driver's cab was designed as a unit driver's cab and the double tires were dropped at the rear. There were also variations in the superstructure. There were rear doors with and without windows, on the passenger side there was another door and / without additional window. I will bring out the model as an Ambulance and as a flatbed. For the flatbed there will be two variants.
