Heute stelle ich einen weiteren kleinen Mosaikstein vor, für mein neustes "Grossprojekt" Wer meinem Blog folgt, wird merken, es muss wohl was zu tun haben mit der V2. Zum Teil durch meinen Freund Udo, aber auch durch einen Besuch in meiner alten Heimat bin ich auf die Idee gekommen. Heute gibt es ein kleines Set mit zwei Vorwärmer für den Treibstoff der V2. Der Sauerstoff wurde ja gefroren transportiert und als Gas dann zum Betanken verwendet. In dem Zusammenhang kommt dann der kleine Vorwärmer zum Einsatz. Zum Start der Rakete braucht es den Anhänger dann nicht mehr. Aber da ich möglichst viele der Fahrzeuge rund um die V2 bauen will, brauche ich auch die beiden Vorwärmer.
Mehr zu dem Thema V2 wird es wohl kurz vor Weihnachten geben, ich bin noch am wichtigsten Teil meines Sets dran. So viel sei schon mal verraten, es hat kein Hersteller im Programm, die Spurbreite beträgt 1435 mm. Viel Spass beim Raten.

Today I present another small mosaic stone, for my latest "major project" Who follows my blog, will notice, it must have something to do with the V2 rocket. Partly through my friend Udo, but also through a visit to my old home, I came up with the idea. Today there is a small set with two preheaters for the fuel of the V2. The oxygen was transported frozen and used as gas for refueling. In this context the small preheater is used. For launching the rocket, the trailer is then no longer needed. But since I want to build as many of the vehicles around the V2 as possible, I also need the two preheaters.
More about the V2 will be published shortly before Christmas, I'm still working on the most important part of my set. So much is already betrayed, it has no manufacturer in the program, the track width is 1435 mm. Have fun guessing.
In den Herbstferien sind wir für eine Woche nach Sardinien geflogen. Eigentlich sollte nur Sonne, Strand und abschalten auf dem Programm stehen. Doch dann wurde meine Neugier geweckt. Beim Erkunden der vielen Strände auf der Insel, fuhren wir an etwas vorbei, was aussah wie ein Bunker. Auf dem Heimweg hielt ich an - und ja es war ein kleiner italienischer Bunker zum Schutz der Bucht dort. Nichts besonderes und von der Qualität auch nicht so überzeugend, wie die deutschen Bunker am Atlantikwall, aber er stand noch.
Dadurch geweckt, habe ich etwas besser aufgepasst und der nächste Bunker war doch wirklich nur 200 m von unserem Hotel direkt am Strand entfernt. Durch ein parr Büsche und einen Baum verdeckt, war er mich nicht aufgefallen. Nachfolgend ein paar weitere Fotos von italienischen Bunkern in Sardinien. Die meisten Bunker entsprechen dem gleichen Muster, alle rund mit 6 Schiessscharten und einem kleinen geschützten Zugang.

Italian fortifications on Sardinia
In the fall vacations we flew to Sardinia for a week. Actually, only sun, beach and switch off should be on the program. But then my curiosity was aroused. While exploring the many beaches on the island, we drove past something that looked like a bunker. On the way home I stopped - and yes it was a small Italian bunker to protect the bay there. Nothing special and not as convincing in quality as the German bunkers on the Atlantic Wall, but it was still standing.
Thus awakened, I paid attention a little better and the next bunker was really only 200 m away from our hotel directly on the beach. By a parr bushes and a tree covered, he had not noticed me. Below are some more photos of Italian bunkers in Sardinia. Most bunkers follow the same pattern, all round with 6 embrasures and a small protected entrance.

MAN 4500 LKW der Wehrmacht
Der MAN 4500 war für seine Zeit ein sehr moderner und schön anzusehender LKW. Er war der Vorgänger für den MAN 630, wie ihn die Bundeswehr zum Beginn der Aufstellung bestellt hatte. Eventuell zeichne ich auch noch die Bus-Version.
Für Luftwaffe-Einheiten, aber auch für Farm oder Landwirtschaft gibt es den Lanz Traktor in verschiedenen Kombinationen. auch hier gilt, grössere Masstäbe kommen später, wer nicht warten will, mir schreiben.

Since I'm still graciously behind with publishing my wishes, quickly the rest of the novelties for the fall.
MAN 4500 truck of the Wehrmacht
The MAN 4500 was a very modern and nice looking truck for its time. It was the predecessor for the MAN 630, as ordered by the Bundeswehr at the beginning of the deployment. Maybe I will also draw the bus version.
For Luftwaffe units, but also for farm or agriculture, there is the Lanz Traktor in different combinations. Again, larger scales will come later, who does not want to wait, write me.
Es ist endlich soweit! Hier die Neuheiten für den Herbst / Winter 2021:
Den grössten Teil der Modelle habe ich ja schon in den letzten Wochen angekündigt, aber es gibt noch die eine oder andere Überraschung.

Büssing U12000
dies ist ein ziviles Modell, was auf Wunsch eines netten Kunden aus C. entstand. Das Modell kommt entweder als Set mit einem 3 Achs Tankanhänger oder nur Solo. Wenn jemand die Version als Pritsche will, bitte einfach sich bei mir melden.
Schlitten II war die grössere und verbesserte Version von Schlitten I. Naheliegend, der Schlitten war eine Entwicklung zum Ende des Krieges und sollte mit hoher Geschwindigkeit Konvois und Schiffe mit seinen 2 Torpedos angreifen. Immerhin war es vorgesehen, dass die Besatzung wieder zurückkehren sollte. Das war nicht bei allen Konstruktionen zum Kriegsende selbstverständlich. Das Modell kommt mit 2 Torpedos.
Den Büssing wollte ich schon lange in der Version als Kabelleger und Feldsprecher. Da wusste ich aber noch nicht, dass dies ein Büssing G31 war. Endlich habe ich genug Fotos und Details gefunden, um das Modell zu zeichnen. Bei der Gelegenheit gibt es dann auch gleich die Version als Pritsche. Der Büssing NAG G31 wurde schon von der Reichswehr beschafft und dann bei der Wehrmacht aufgebraucht.
Die V2 ist aktuell nur in 1/144 erhältlich. Die Rakete entstand auch mehr als Zwischenschritt für etwas Grösseres, wobei die V2 dann auch eine Rolle spielen wird.

It's finally time!
Here are the novelties for the fall / winter 2021:

Büssing U12000
this is a civilian model, which was made on request of a nice customer from C.. The model comes either as a set with a 3 axle tank trailer or just solo. If someone wants the flatbed version, please just contact me.
Schlitten II was the larger and improved version of Schlitten I. Obviously, the Schlitten was a late war development and was intended to attack convoys and ships at high speed with its 2 torpedoes. After all, it was intended that the crew should return. This was not a given with all designs at the end of the war. The model comes with 2 torpedoes.
I wanted the Büssing for a long time in the version as cable carrier and field speaker. But then I did not know that this was a Büssing G31. Finally I found enough photos and details to draw the model. At the same time I drew the version as a flatbed. The Büssing NAG G31 was already procured by the Reichswehr and then used up by the Wehrmacht.
The V2 is currently only available in 1/144. The rocket was also created more as an intermediate step for something bigger, in which case the V2 will also play a role.
